Due to the large number of cheaters and people from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Russian, and Poland purchasing and then contesting with PayPal to get their money back after using their credits, I will have to require that members who are not from Tier1 & Tier 2 Countries to upgrade first before receiving payout. They must keep their accounts upgraded to keep receiving because many Admins of other sites have had issues still even after upgrading. I am sorry I have to do this but just had several people decide to contest, not just on my site but many other Admins sites, and this had put an hold on payout money because of it. Therefore if you are not from the following countries you will need to at least purchase the $2 upgrade for non-search friendly countries to get your payout. The search friendly countries who don't need to upgrade are: We only accept members from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, & United States. I know that the very last cheater I caught was from Poland. If this continues with members from this country, I will have to require them to upgrade too. You are most welcome to use your earnings for ads which will have a 10% discount. I will be canceling all payouts from members not from the countries listed above who are not upgraded. The cheaters are spoiling it for everyone and making you honest members wait for payouts while I fight with PayPal over this. If you are not happy about this, the upgraded members can tell you that you make plenty enough on this site to be able to upgrade with your account funds and still get a couple payouts a month. This is also help to get many more ads on the site. If any one doesn't know how to put in ads or has questions please email me or use the shoutbox on the site and me or a fellow member will be able to tell you what to do.
